We cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave SeaySo premises. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within five days of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Delivery
We offer delivery throughout New Zealand. If you are not home to receive your package, N.Z Post will leave it in a safe place. All orders are sealed when they leave SeaySo premises.
When will my order be sent?
We ship orders on Mondays-Thursdays. Orders placed on Friday or after will be shipped on the following Monday.
When will I get my order?
Shipping, which typically takes 1-2 business days to reach you from the day it is posted, shipping to rural can take an extra business working day.
Once your order is shipped, we will notify you with a tracking code to track your delivery. During holidays, you can expect there may be delays in shipping. If you have not received your order after five business working days from the day of your order please contact us.
